Tiritiri Matangi And Red Mercury
In the Hauraki Gulf.

Fact 3:Every Kiwi’s Are Nocturnal 

So they Hunt at night and sleep at day.

Fact 4:Breeding begins in Spring when the

Female has a big bulging belly
when heavy with the egg,The egg is 100mm
x 80 mm and weighs 300 gm.

Fact 5:The female has to waddle and
soak her belly in the water, She
must be Very Uncomfortable.

Fact 6: When the female Lays the egg 

She Leaves the Incubation Process to The

Male.

Fact 7:The Feathers do not need to be 

Strong and smooth because they cannot

Fly.

Fact 8:The eggs of a Little spotted Kiwi’s

Are Very Delicate so the shell can break

Easily.

Fact 9: Males Hunt at dusk but before he

Does He Covers the entrance with twigs
and leaves,The male can't leave until dusk so 

This makes the male Go Very thin.

Fact 10:The Incubation process takes about 

75 days which is almost twice that of an average
bird.

Bubble
school is a small school of children who’s mum’s
and dad’s go to work. 

At Bubble school we have 2 teachers and 11 students.

In the mornings we meet in the hall and we wait for all of
the bubble school students to come.

Some important things we need to do and think about at
bubble school are…..

1.Hand Sanitize Our Hands 

2.Keep 1 Meter Away

3.If you sneeze Do It in your Elbows So
the Corona Virus doesn’t Spread

In bubble school we have heaps of fun.

We do things like Yoga and we do some arts and
crafts. We use our devices to do work on subjects
like Reading, Writing and Math and fun stuff.

In Bubble school we do more than Writing, Reading,Maths
and fun stuff.We do fun games at home time and when
we get dropped off at Bubble school. We even play
MINECRAFT EDUCATION EDITION because You
can play Minecraft and code a lot and most of all IT'S
FREE Yay. That's why Bubble school is so much
