Information report on dogs
Introduction:
Did you know that dogs can do a lot of tricks.
In this report you will learn about dogs habitat, food and physical characteristics.
Dogs habitat.
Dogs live in many habitats, including prairies , deserts, grassland, rain forests, forests , coastal regions and arctic zones. Dogs are highly adaptable, yet some evolved for specific environments , such as breeds that developed high coats to withstand freezing climates.
Dogs physical characteristics:
Dogs have four legs and make a bark “WOOF” or Arf sound. Dogs often chase cats, and most dogs would fetch a ball or stick. Dogs can smell and hear better than humans but cannot see in colour because they’re Colourblind .
What do dogs eat:
Domesticated dogs are largely carnivore but will also eat plant-based foods. Wild dogs eat a variety of food which compromise ,mainly prey animals, consisting of raw meat, bones ,organs and a small amount of vegetable matter contained in the gut of their prey.
